I'm Dustin Garner, an independent developer in Lovington, New Mexico. I make radar and warning tools,
a roguelite on Steam, a food recall app, training portals and websites for other people. I'm also a
SKYWARN spotter, so the weather stuff gets tested for real. Most of it you buy once and keep.
The radar app I wanted on my own dash. It paints NEXRAD fast on the GPU, stands a full Level 2 scan up
in 3D so you can fly around a storm, and pulls in the stuff spotters actually check before they commit
to a road.
App icon. The rest of it you have to download.
Storms in 3D
The whole volume scan as a solid you can orbit. Hail cores and couplets in real space.
Fast radar
Level 2, Level III and 45 TDWR sites. Six Level 2 products in about a second, loops up to 8 hours.

Pick a date and reload the exact scan. Moore, El Reno, Bridge Creek.
Ground truth
10,000+ DOT cameras from 61 sources, live surface wind particles, soundings on the device, Hurricane Hunter recon.
The Weather Service sends a wall of text. WarnPost turns it into a picture laid out like a TV station's
warning graphic: the polygon over live radar, the hazards, how many people are inside it and the towns in
its path, on your phone in seconds with the official wording ready to paste. Or it posts it for you.

Backup radar
If the nearest site goes down, the next one takes over on its own.
Auto-post
Straight to a Facebook Page and Instagram, with an approve-first mode.
A course platform for spotter teams. Twelve-plus modules on the material that actually comes up in the
field, graded quizzes, and a coordinator side for rosters, assignments, due dates and a gradebook. I also
build private versions for agencies, fire departments and chase teams with their own SOPs.
Sites written by hand: no page builders, no theme marketplace. Mostly for chase teams and weather
folks who need radar on the page, a way to file reports, and something that still loads with
one bar of signal.

Severe Weather SpecialistTravis Johnson's chase and spotter network. Live radar and warning polygons, a storm report form, livestreams, a team roster and an application page. Works offline.
New Mexico Chasers ProjectRadar and intercept map, a 90s-style "RetroCast" weather console, livestreams, sponsor ads with simple tiers, and a team application.
spottertools.proThe home of Spotter Tools Pro: downloads, accounts, cameras, recon and the training portal.
Something that isn't weather. Dig deep, die often, come back stronger: a roguelite where you mine,
fight and gamble your way down to build the ship that gets you off a dying Earth.

Keeps going
Skill points carry over. Build the rocket, go to the Moon.
Food recalls move fast and the agencies don't text you. Safe Pantry watches FDA recalls every minute and
USDA FSIS every fifteen, then tells you about the ones that touch your kitchen. Scan a barcode, keep a
watchlist, set allergens.
The deal
Class I recalls, the dangerous ones, and every recall in your state are free forever. No ads, no account, nothing sold.
A 24/7 severe weather broadcast that runs itself: it sweeps active warnings across the country, zooms
to the dangerous ones on MRMS radar, reads the bulletin out loud and keeps a ticker going. It plugs into
OBS, so it streams anywhere, under your channel name and mascot.

An Ambient WS-2000 in my backyard. The console pushes a reading every 16 seconds to a little server I
wrote, which stores it and serves the dashboard. The numbers at the top of this page are coming from it
right now.
I live and build in Lea County, out on the southern High Plains. When the sirens go off here, the people
running toward the storm don't need another slow app behind a login and a monthly charge. They need something
that opens instantly and keeps working when the towers get flaky. That's the bar for everything I ship.
It's just me, under DG Wayne's LLC. I answer my own email, I fix my own bugs, and if you write about a
project you'll be talking to the person who writes the code.
Sell it, don't rent it. One price where I can. Safety alerts are never behind a paywall.
Leave people alone. No ad networks, no selling location or habits.
Build for the field. Fast on a bad connection, cached for no connection.
